The sun shines down on the beautiful city of Hargeon. The spring flowers are in full bloom.
The people are running around. Laughing, Cheering, and Having fun in general. Its that time of year again, the people of Hargeon celebrate the Hana Festival! (Flower Festival) One of the most anticipated events of the year! There are stalls full of flowers, toys, souvenirs, and wonderful clothing! There are games, games, and more games! Everyone who is everyone is here!
So go have fun! Play Games, Shop till ya drop. Chat with friends. Whatever you want!
