Flaming Arrows

Name: Flaming Arrows

Description: The user uses fire, any kind of fire (can be from a fire breath, fire ball, or fire created from other objects), and creates arrows out of the fire. The arrows aren't real, they are made entirely out of fire, but they can still cut, though not stab, and can burn if hit dead on. They can be dodged quite easily though, unless they are in really close range. But if they are in close range, they can be deflected by another spell or a weapon with more power or force, since it would have to have a high force to deflect flaming arrows that have gained momentum from being launched/shot off.

How To Obtain: Must have some form of fire magic(fire magic user or Fire Dragon Slayer). Train 700 words.

(Note: Should the word cost be more or less? I think it might need to be more but I'd like a second opinion on that.)

I think from what you describe, this is much too weak to be a A rank spell, and 850 words seems excessive, I would say this at maximum, and only if it sprayed out huge amounts of arrows, it would be a A rank, if it only just causes fire to take a different form, it would be a B rank, and you would only do about 700 words. How powerful is this spell? How many arrows can or does it fire?

Not too many arrows it creates, about five-ten arrows depending on how much fire.
