Name: Vernier

Description: A supportive spell that, by chanting out an incantation, allows user to temporarily enhance the targets' movement speed by surrounding them with Magical auras. It can be employed on multiple allies, and also on the caster himself/herself. Can also be used with other supportive spells at the same time.(Enhances movement speed by 1.5-2.5 depending on healer's skill.)

How To Obtain: Must be healer-type. Train 400 words.

I don't know exactly xD I just copied the description off of the wiki. I'm guessing, x1.5 or something. Maybe x2.
EDIT: I think it would probably depend on how skilled the healer is.
