Lionel stretched, and guzzled down a cup of some black coffee which he has just made, he opened the door, stepped out, and closed it behind him. He started to run, he feet pounding while he ran, boredom was somewhat useful as a motivator, while power was a extremely good one, and power was something most people will strive for, but few will actually go out and attempt to accomplish this, Lionel thought differently, he laughed, quite an odd thing, training to become a master mage is not always as complicated and technical as one would imagine, it was more about getting a good grasp on the basics of the concept rather than anything else really, running was a start, physical firness was an important part of it, you had to have that. He was quite enjoying himself, just doing something as simple and basic as just running, not one thing odd about it, he would just seem like someone going for a morning jog, quite humorous.
He came across a back alley with a post or two in it, he ran into the alley and went up to one of the wooden posts. He swung his foot around, lightning was flowing through his veins. His foot impacted with the post, flinging it back sliding against the floor, impressive as it was quite heavy when you thought about it. He raised his arm, surging lightning through his veins that was begging to be released towards his right arm, then his wrist, then his palm, and releasing his, the very wood splintered, then with the heat, ignited.
After he had done that, he rain toward his home, he took quite some time, and once he had done that, he ran to the guild. He figured he has run all the way here, if he had run this far, he could run some more, he ran for what seemed like ages, and eventually came all the way to the country. He figured he had run this far, he might as well run some more, he ran the whole way to hargeon town, he figured he had run this far, he might as well run all the way to the ocean. He took breaks of course, never depriving himself of anything, when he was hungry, he ate, when he needed to go to the bathroom, he did, when he needed to sleep, he found a place, and he slept. After he reached to ocean, he figured he had come this far, he might as well run to the other side of the land, and the other ocean shore. He did as he had done, he took breaks of course as he had done before, still never depriving himself of anything, when he was hungry, he still ate, when he needed to go to the bathroom, he still did, when he needed to sleep, he found a place as he had done, and he slept. It was like he had done before, he made it eventually to the other ocean, after months of stopping in towns, he did it. He ran all the way around fiore, eventually he passed Shirotsume Town, and decided to go home, and he did.
A few days later he jogged back to the back street behind the dojo where he would have some peace to train. Lionel then started to do some common exercises. He stretched again to make sure his muscles were fine to some exercises with. His muscle argued with his though, sore from lift weights and doing crunches and sit-ups. He fought through the soreness and pain and was soon ready to do some exercises. The first exercise Hikari decided to begin with was the squat thrust. He didn't really like them but they were pretty easy, especially since he was closer to the ground. Lionel squatted down, his palms touching the floor and his knees bent, and then he leaped up, his hands in the air as far as they could reach up and his feet off the ground. He then went back to his original position. He kept doing these squat thrusts until he got to over nine thousand. Then Lionel did one thousand pushups. They weren't exercises but he did them with his exercises because they weren't that hard to do. They just took time to do them, quite tedious. He had a feeling someone had done the same thing in the past, but dismissed the idea due to how silly it was by nature.
