He usually, in fact 99% of the time, has his hair messy and unkempt, and is quite tired in early morning, as most active on stormy late nights, due to his magic. Almost always smiling or deep in thought. Height: 5 And a half Feet
Weight: 110lbPersonality: Lionel is a genius, for a start, although he acts very immature and irresponsible at times and is quite eccentric, he is quite whimsical and loves his freedom. He is very unpredictable and quite odd frankly, he loves to mess with people. He holds a grudge and can be quite tenacious while exacting revenge. It takes lots of time, practice, and skill to master. Plus, you also need to be taught by a dragon, you can not just learn it. Dragon Slayer magic is rare and is very powerful, if used correctly.Strengths: Storms, Water, LightningWeakness: , Cold, Lack of Humidity----------------------- Home Town: Shirotsume Town History: Lionel, or Lio, as called by his friends, was raised by a Lightning Dragon, by the name of Shimo, who treated him like a son, as some dragons have been known to do. Lionel was quite happy, even in the stormy weather he grew up in. He had become a skilled magician, and eventually at the age of eleven, set out on a journey. To live with other humans, soon he was found by a the rich Shinsuke family, and raised by them for four years in luxury, then he set out to make a magic guild, he found a nice place to live in Shirotsume Town, in an old long abandoned guildhouse. He spent the rest of his childhood fixing up and renovating the building, using his familys influence to help make a name for him and to fund the renovation of the guild. Kida voiced a loud "Okay!" then sprinted downstairs, to his weapon locker in the teachers lounge. He reached in for a M249 Squad Automatic Weapon* taking it back up to the roof with a spare box of ammo, he set it up on a bipod, loading in the ammo. Sheer joy filled his eyes as he pulled the trigger on it. A hail of bullets began to take place, there was literally hundreds of bullets to go before he reloaded, amazingly enough, that wasn't much considering the rate of fire. Shadows were dissipating as soon as he aimed the gun at them, the sheer calibre of the rounds were taking them out in one shot, it was slaughter.
